Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, a full refund will be issued. Exchange shipping is free for the first attempt.

                Damaged or Defective Products
                Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours
Provide clear photos or video of the damage
Free pickup and replacement will be arranged

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost. Refund will be processed if the correct item is out of stock.
