Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, a full refund will be issued. Exchange shipping is free for the first attempt.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos or video of the damage
  • Free pickup and replacement will be arranged
  • No return shipping charges for defective products

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost. Refund will be processed if the correct item is out of stock.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
  • Full refund will be issued for cancelled orders
  • Once order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
